Pauline opened her first business at the age of 28 in the service and retail sector and went on to develop several businesses and win many awards.
With strong interests in Personal and Business Development, Governance, Marketing and Psychology, Pauline has a passion to find answers that will allow all TBG clients to unlock their true potential, remove stress from their lives and allow them to achieve their dreams.
Education through leadership and coaching are her formulas for accelerated success and as a dynamic and passionate speaker Pauline brings a fresh, no frills approach to business development.
Ongoing training and development is extremely important to Pauline having achieved the Institute of Accredited Business Consultants highest recognition qualifing as an IABC APEC Accredited Business Consultant, the benchmark throughout the Asia Pacific Economic Community for Business Consultants.
Pauline has also studied the Neuro science of personal and team Leadership, completed her Institute of Directors Training and is on the sub committee for the IOD Manawatu and is an accredited AASBC Consultant (Accredited Association of Small Business Consultants)
With vast experience both at the corporate level and in the small to medium business environment, Martin’s refreshing and dynamic approach benefits business owners from all over New Zealand.
Martin enjoys the business planning process and has developed a number of unique frameworks that accelerate the outcomes for business owners including building value and scaling up businesses to allow business owners to exit the business successfully.
Management of business debt is crucial, and processes to eliminate unwanted debt is just as important. Martin spearheads the debt elimination / wealth creation system offered by The Business Group.
Heather joined The Business Group in 2015 as our in-house Graphic Designer and provides our clients with creative and timely marketing collateral to drive business growth strategies.
With 25 years experience in all facets of graphic design from print media, website design, building and vehicle signage, creative innovation, and branding and re-branding outcomes, Heather plays a strong role in supporting our clients business marketing success.
